Maresca Group, from Juanary 2016 has begun investments in the Islamic Republic of IRAN and in particular in the Free Zone of Gheshm Island. On March 15, 2016 Maresca Group has registerd on Gheshm Island, the branch of BLUIRAN (100% controlled by the Group), company created specifically for the investments and development of renewable energies in IRAN. At the same time have been created two iranian companies, BLU SOLE 3 and BLU TERRA 2. Through BLU TERRA 2, have been presented to SUNA a requests for the autorizations and realizations of one solar plant; the requests are for a plants with power 10MWp , for a total estimated investment of about 10 Meuros. Till today we received construction permit from Suna and we are waiting for finalize lease land agreement, EIA permit and Grid Connection permit. We estimante to acheive theese permits before the end of october and sign PPA contract with Suna before the end of the 2016. Installation estimated in the first 6 months of 2017.
